Our cancellation policy helps us to plan and prepare camp with confidence.  We also know there might be uncontrollable situations, such as a death, health issues, or other emergencies. Our cancellation policy is designed to care for both of these considerations.

  • For cancellations before the Early Bird / Initial Deposit date, we will refund 85% of the total registration fee.  
  • For cancellations between the Early Bird / Initial Deposit and Full Payment dates, we will refund 75% of the total registration fee.  
  • For cancellations after the Full Payment date, we intend to offer no refund unless the cancelling family provides a replacement for each canceled member.
  • Refunds for family emergency situations resulting in cancellation after the Full Payment date will be considered on a case by case basis.

To cancel your participation and request a refund, please contact us using the Register Quick Connect on the left side of this page. Include your name, e-mail address, the name of the camp for which you registered, along with your reason for cancellation. We will respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. We will either approve your request or ask for further dialogue concerning the cancellation.
