  1. We accept online payment of the full registration fee during the registration process using PayPal's online payment system. You can either use your personal PayPal account or a credit card; you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this payment option.
    1. We only accept payment in full for online payment during registration. If you would like to pay a deposit online, see the second set of instructions below.
    2. By using this option you agree to pay an additional 2.5% fee, to help Family HEART Camp cover the costs of providing this service. You also agree to follow the policies and procedures established by PayPal related to online payments.
    3. If you have difficulty using this payment option, or any questions related to it, please use the Register Quick Connect form to contact us.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Online Payment in Full During Registration

  1. Register for camp using the online registration system. At the end of Section 3 of the registration form, select "Pay in Full Online Now (2.5% fee)" as your payment option.
    1. Click "Next Step" and review your registration information summary. The PayPal fee will be shown after the label "How do you prefer to pay for your registration?" at the top of the page.
    2. If you decide to pay by some other means, click the "Back" button at the bottom of the page and then change your payment option selection to "Send a Check" or "Pay Online Later."
    3. NOTE: This is the last point in the registration process where you can cancel your online payment and retain your registration information. If you choose to cancel your payment once you are on the PayPal website, your registration information will be lost.
  2. Once you are satisfied with the accuracy and completeness of your registration information, click the "Confirm and Submit" button at the bottom of the registration confirmation page.
  3. You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal payment page at this point. Your address will be automatically transferred, and you may have an option to accept a corrected address. If so, click "Accept."
    1. To pay using your PayPal account, click "Log In," enter your account information, choose your method of payment, and then click "Pay Now."
    2. To pay with a credit card without logging into PayPal, click the link "Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit." Enter your card and billing information and click "Pay."
    3. Once your payment is complete, click the link "Return to Family HEART Camp" to see your registration confirmation and complete the registation process.
  4. Check your e-mail for a receipt from PayPal and the automated registration confirmation from Family HEART Camp.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Online Payment of a Deposit after Registration

  1. Register for camp using the online registration system. At the end of Section 3 of the registration form, select "Pay Online Deposit Later (2.5% fee)" as your payment option. Another field will appear, labeled "Please enter the amount of your desired deposit." Enter the amount of your desired deposit.
  2. Click "Next Step" and review your registration information summary. Once you are satisfied with the accuracy and completeness of your registration information, click the "Confirm and Submit" button at the bottom of the registration confirmation page. 
  3. You will now see the Payment screen. Select "Send me a PayPal Invoice" from the dropdown menu next to the label "Pay Later." DO NOT select "PayPal." Click "Next Step" and you will now see the registration confirmation screen.
  4. Check your e-mail for the automated registration confirmation from Family HEART Camp.
  5. Within 48 hours, you will receive an e-mail with a PayPal invoice for the amount of your desired deposit (including a 2.5% fee). Follow the directions provided in that e-mail to complete your online payment.
